The Ruwad Al Himam platform is a realization of the vision of Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum to establish financial independence and sustainable economic inclusion for People of Determination. The foundation of this platform is the result of a direct mandate and 12 months of systematic structural development, spanning 312 working days and 2496 hours of continuous operational execution.
The strategic framework rests on deep primary field research. Intensive interviews with People of Determination centers, parents of People of Determination, and the individuals themselves are the complete basis of the platform approach. In parallel, private sector corporations provided the operational, legal, and technical requirements necessary to facilitate direct employment and corporate procurement from these sellers.
Smart Link Computer Design & Software House is the developer and operator of the technical infrastructure. The core executive committee under the vision of Sheikha Maryam consists of five primary experts:
