Buyers cannot cancel product orders once the payment transaction is complete. The system routes orders immediately to sellers for fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch.
Orders are final at the moment of payment confirmation.
Sellers are under no obligation to intercept or halt shipments after order placement.
If a buyer refuses delivery of a shipped order, the buyer remains responsible for the full purchase price and all return logistics fees incurred by the seller.
Cancellations of service contracts, freelance milestones, or custom digital deliverables are subject to restrictive timelines to compensate sellers for reserved capacity.
Buyers must submit a cancellation request in writing through official platform communication channels.
Cancellation requests submitted after a seller begins work or after project milestone approval are invalid. The full project fee is due to the seller.
For multi-stage services, a cancellation requested prior to work commencement is subject to a non-refundable processing fee of 15% of the total contract value.
Appointments, live consultations, and scheduled time slots have strict notification windows.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests require a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice result in a full forfeiture of the booking fee. The seller receives the complete payout.
Failure to attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time is a no-show. No-shows result in immediate cancellation without eligibility for store credit.
